Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request the deletion of data that the RogerioGT app (our social media scheduling tool, available at https://social.rogeriogt.com) stores when you connect your own Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Threads profile to it.
1. What data we store
When you connect a social account, we store only what is needed to schedule and publish your posts:
- OAuth access tokens issued by the platform when you sign in and authorize the app
- The account, Page and profile identifiers you connected (names, IDs)
- The posts you compose or schedule, and their media, inside the scheduler
- Basic engagement statistics for the connected account, shown in your dashboard
We do not receive or store your social media passwords, and we do not access data from accounts you have not connected.
2. How to request deletion
Option A - Remove the app from your Facebook account
This immediately revokes the app's access and removes the connection:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left menu, open Apps and Websites (or search for "Apps and Websites").
- Find RogerioGT in the list of active apps and select Remove.
When you remove the app, the stored access tokens stop working. You can also email us (Option B) to have the remaining stored data deleted from our systems.
Option B - Email us a deletion request
Send an email to rogerio@rogeriogt.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address or username of the connected account
- Which account(s) you want deleted (Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads)
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion of the stored tokens, identifiers and scheduled content within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- OAuth access tokens and refresh data for the connected account(s)
- Stored account, Page and profile identifiers and profile information
- Scheduled posts, drafts, and uploaded media held in the scheduler for that account
- Connected-account analytics cached for your dashboard
4. What we cannot delete
Posts that were already published to Facebook, Instagram or Threads remain on those platforms and must be deleted there by you. Deleting data from our scheduler does not remove published content from the platforms themselves.
